Tony has been the service tech for our HVAC units several times now. Utilizing an automated system, he and Colony AC are great about keeping you up to date on arrival times. Tony continually provides quality maintenance and repair services, always providing explanations when necessary and offering information on ways to help extend the longevity of one’s HVAC system. He always performs his job in a professional and efficient manner. Tony is also courteous to the customer and respectful of their homes.

Tony arrived on time, friendly introduction. It’s been abnormally warm lately, so when Tony was complete with what he needed for the furnace to operate, he let me know so that I could turn the heat off before it got any hotter in the house, and then went back and completed his cleanup work. He was complete with both systems in about an hour, confirmed my contact info, and was on his way. Straightforward, courteous, and professional.

Ben can today to provide our Spring maintenance for our 2 systems, a Carrier installed 07/21 and Trane 07/00. He even had a filter delivered to the house while he was here in order to install it today. What service!! He thoroughly checked both systems and had some recommendations to better maintain our older system so that we can get as much life as possible out of it. Ben was polite, articulate, respectful, and smiling. I really like Colony Air for all the little things they do that make the difference.

Juan was awesome. He took the time to walk me through my entire AC system and answered all my questions. Service was great from start to finish.

The Colony Air Conditioning and Heating offers great service. My technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were even able to accommodate a time slot change on my service call when my son got sick unexpectantly.

I've used a different service provider for years. I changed due to your company reputation and a personal reference. Glad I did! Will specifically ask for Tony in the future as well. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Had Charlie come out to for a yearly AC checkup call. He did not seem to be annoyed with my many questions and requests to show how things worked. Charlie took the time to explain what the parts were and showed me his readings when they were tested. The most important thing was he didn't try to up sell me things I didn't need or were not broke.

My 1st experience with Colony. The tech Rene was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. All techs are NATE certified and paid hourly, not on commission, so it's less likely they'll ever recommend a product or service that is not necessary as they don't personally benefit. We'll be using them in the future. Signed up for the annual maintenance plan.

The only company I've worked with that will contact you to schedule a system check if you haven't gotten around to it yet. Made it convenient for filter changes also!
