I placed an after hours service call and technician arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the issue and advised me what it would cost for the repair. He was quick and efficient and had my A.C. unit running again in no time.

Technician came out right away, trouble shot the problem, ordered part, and was back early afternoon to replace Fan motor and Fan blades. Install was done in minutes. All is cool again

I had an 18 year old system and I new I needed to get it replaced. The Colony A/C and heating has been professional from the moment I contacted them. They gave me a great price for a whole system replace. They did a fantastic job! Would recommend.

We have been working with Colony AC & Heating for several years, taking advantage of their 2x/year maintenance plan. Over the years, they have earned our trust and respect. Our AC unit was 17 years old and well-passed end-of-life. Frank gave us a quote that included rectifying some subpar work the builders had done when we built the house. Once the workmen arrived on the day of installation, they all were extremely courteous and careful to be mindful of not damaging our carpet. The crew worked well together and we have never been treated nicer. The night of the installation, we had an issue with the AC (turned out to be an intermittent thermostat) and I contacted Frank who arrived 30 min after receieving my message. Frank had everything working within an hour and got us a new thermostat. Since that minor hiccup, the system has worked flawlessly. I know from experience that excellent customer service is not the norm with most companies. I expect great customer service but dislike having to demand great service from subpar companies. Colony AC & Heat delivered excellent customer service, professionalism, and perform great work. I highly recommend them for any job.

Colony a/c did a great job

Last year we knew our 21 year old system needed replacing. We called A-1 Air since they show so many commercials and deals. The guy who came out said “if you aren’t going to buy the system then I can’t give you a quote” He would only give a “ball park” number anywhere from $15-20 thousand. No estimate or anything to review because it “counts against him if we don’t buy it”. Well we decided we were done with them. Brian came out from your company and went in the attic and outside and gave us a bunch of options with estimates and brochures. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything in detail. It was even after 5pm when most people want to rush out so they can get home. He didn’t rush at all and answered all our questions. The next day I called to set up our installation. Everyone was great and Will made sure to explain signing up for the extra warranty right away. What a great crew you have! We have had lots of installers with carpet, paint etc.. but no one ever swept my floor. I will make sure to tell everyone to forget that A-1 Air company. They only do “ball park” work. You guys hit the real home runs!! Thank you.
