hello - Tony did a wonderful job. My rating is related to lack of convenience for maintenance check ups. We have to take off work to schedule a pre-paid maintenance visit. Also - our time was scheduled for morning in winter. Had ice and snow the day before. Office and tech should have been aware emergency heat would be on and outside unit would have ice so could not be tested. Why did the office not advise appt be rescheduled and why was tech suprised ice on outside unit? Tech had me turn on outside unit with ice on blades then of course all this racket and emergency heat remains on. Outside unit was not tested or even looked at. Winter maintenance pre-paid appt was not completed.

There needs to be set schedules. I told the girl I have to work everyday at 1030am. So she scheduled me for 8-12. The tech did the tune up but wasnt done til 1030. So he couldn't fix what was wrong cuz I was late. So now ill have to schedule another appointment and pay for a service charge. Then hope they r done before I have to work. Ugh. Aimee schroeder
