Unbelievable Service!
Had an issue and based on my limited research thought I might know the cause so called on the weekend to see what it would take to have a service call. After telling Charlie what the symptoms were, he told me something quick to try which would at least eliminate what I suspected. 10 Mins later, problem solved!
