We have been using The Colony Air Conditioning and Heating for 20+ years for maintenance, repairs and new units in 2016. They are wonderful!! Appts are easy to schedule and reminders are sent out ahead of the scheduled date. The techs always arrive within the scheduled window and give notice when they are on their way. ALL the techs we have had over the years have been professional, extremely knowledgeable, willing to explain any issues with units, very thorough and friendly. Today Len O came and he was ALL OF THE ABOVE!!! :-) He was very patient answering my questions about some preventative work that we'll be needing by our spring checkup next year. The techs are always honest about any repairs that are needed immediately vs what can wait. HIGHLY recommend this company!!

Tim provided the excellent service I’ve come to expect from Colony Air Conditioning. First I received a call from Colony that my technician was on his way and would be at my house in 10-15 minutes, then I received a text that my technician would be Tim with a picture which always makes my wife feel more comfortable and that he was on his way. Sure enough Tim showed up in about 12 minutes. He was very polite and professional, and got straight to the job. When he was finished he gave me a quick summary of my system, verified my email address, said he would send a complete report and asked if I had any questions. As I said polite and professional.
