Very good service, great tech. Kept us informed about the arrival time. He was late getting here due to bookings. I made the appointment more than 2 weeks ago. Had settled on a 1-4pm time frame. The company seems to overbook the time slots for a day. Things would have been perfect, but for the time delay. I know the company probably uses the time frame to help with scheduling and customer satisfaction but missing the time frame by 1 1/2hrs is not helpful to our schedules either.

Carl is very good and seems to be very thorough and does a good job.

Colony was here on time, researched the problem with our AC, fixed the problem within an hour and charged a very reasonable amount for the repair. I am very satisfied.
